Technology industry veteran brings deep experience in guiding the financial growth of emerging technology leaders to All Traffic Solutions, Inc.
Herndon, VA and State College, PA — All Traffic Solutions, Inc., the leader in cloud based traffic management solutions for law enforcement, transportation and smart cities, announced that Jim Harriot has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Before joining ATS, Mr. Harriot served as CFO for Grab Media (formerly Anystream/Voxant), a video software and new-media syndication company, where he was instrumental in the company’s sale to blinkx Media. During his tenure, Harriot helped manage the company through four years of growth totaling over 50%.
Prior to that, Mr. Harriot held positions with numerous technology startups including netASPx, a leading provider of managed application services that was acquired by NaviSite. “As a result of All Traffic Solutions’ drive to execute on its vision of innovation, the company is poised to redefine the strategic value of traffic safety solutions,” said Harriot. “I’m excited to join ATS as it enters an exciting phase of expansion and growth, and to serve on a seasoned executive team uniquely positioned to lead the organization as it revolutionizes the IoT world. Mr. Harriot holds a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Georgetown University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
